We had a great meeting at Woodfire last night!  Thanks to all who made it!

Next meeting is in July at The  Rock at Big Fish Lake!  It's a good size place - let's hit our goal of 100 women there!!!  We can do it!!!  Who do you know that would enjoy joining us?  

The winner at the January 2019 meeting was The Cass County Youth Council. It was a great program and they're doing a lot of good for the children in our county.  If you weren't able to make the meeting please send your check to;

At the most recent 100 Women Who Care meeting at The Rock at Big Fish Lake, Kim MacGregor presents Rose Ludwick of DASAS checks totaling more than $2600.  The next meeting is October 24th at SMC.

We had a great meeting last night at the Bonine House! 
We had 3 great presentations- One from the Underground Railroad of Cass County, Legal Services and SMC's Roadrunner food pantry.  The winner is...the food pantry. This is a recent addition, they started in February when they learned students were not eating properly. To date most donations are from the professors and staff and the pantry is run by students. Less than 2 weeks until our next meeting, Wednesday April 18th at the Bonine House. They are located on the corner of Penn Rd and M60 in Vandalia. The meeting starts at 5:30 and the Bonine House will be offering tours after our meeting.

OUR NEXT MEETING WILL BE at 5:30 on Wednesday October 14th, 2015 at Southwestern Michigan College (Fred Mathews Library).

The July 22nd meeting was held at The Rock in Marcellus. The chosen charity was the Underground Railroad Society of Cass County, with donation of $2200. Also announced that night was that we have given over $20,000 to charities in the last 21 months, that's great news!!

Tonight (4-15-2015) was a very special meeting. The membership voted to donate to Beckwith Theatre in memory of Karen Pugh, a fellow member of 100 Women who care who dedicated her life to philanthropy. We raised $1800 tonight, with many more being sent directly to the organization.  Ordeana Sala gave some great insight to Karen and her dedication to Beckwith for the past 25 YEARS, "Karen loved performing on the stage, but equally enjoyed supporting others by watching them perform". Karen was a founder and financial backer of the Beckwith Theatre Company and actively promoted her passion for the arts throughout the community. Please visit (and like and share) our Facebook page to see the full memorial. A special thank you to Erica Boulanger from Cass County CASA, she came and gave us a wonderful update on the donations that were sent in from out October meeting. We'd also like to thank Linda Minnix for finding the venue tonight in Edwardsburg.

Our next meeting will be mid-July in Marcellus. Information to follow in a week or so and our October meeting (our 2nd Anniversary!!!!!!!!!) will be held at SMC and they are supplying hors d'oevres.

We had a great meeting in Cassopolis on Wednesday, January 14th with 3 great charities to choose from.  The chosen charity was Salvation Army of Cass County!  $2300 was donated that night with more expected from those not in attendance.  If you couldn't make the meeting and would still like to send in your dontaion please mail to;

October 15th, 2014 was our one year anniversary of 100 Women Who Care!!!! What a wonderful year it has been. We have given over $12000 to local charities!

Tonight's winner is CASA. (Court Appointed Special Advocate) This is an organization that will provide court appointed special advocates who will appear in court and act as a voice for abused and neglected children in child protective proceedings in Cass County.

Thanks to all who attended last nights Meeting, Wednesday April 16th.  We gave $2,900 to the Dowagiac Area History Museum!  Their contact informaiton is; PO Box 430 Dowagiac, MI. Phone; 269-783-2560. Steve Arsenau, museum director, tells us this will kickstart the fundraising campaign for the 2nd floor renovations.
